Learn to use self hypnosis to reach your goals.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. If your location has seating only, you can easily be hypnotized while sitting in a chair.
In group sessions, you will be guided in self hypnosis and relaxation techniques. Relaxation has known health benefits for both body and mind. Decreasing stress improves digestion and bowel problems, lowers blood pressure, reduces pain and headaches, strengthens the immune system, increases energy, and improves mood.
Art and hypnosis projects are designed to be a visual reminder of your personal transformations and goals. No art experience is necessary. Small workshops (1-4 people) are held in my art studio. Larger workshops (5-20 people) are held in the Multipurpose Room at Art Works Downtown in San Rafael, CA
All hypnosis sessions and hypnosis and art workshops are by appointment only.
No art experience is necessary to complete an art workshop. All skill levels are welcome!
NOTICE: There will be no Workshops during the month of December. Key Art and Mask Design Workshops will be available in 2020.

Be Yourself Hypnosis will be open in December on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Walk-ins accepted for the First Wave Hypnosis Session ($40- for 40 minutes) on Sundays (1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. only).
