I am certified by the Hypnotherapy Training Institute, Corte Madera, CA (one of the first state-licensed hypnotherapy schools) as a Hypnotherapist and an ACHE (American Council of Hypnotist Examiners) member. ACHE Member ID HT 119-068.

Creativity, humor, compassion, intuition, guidance, interpersonal skills, along with a degree in natural science and a nursing background is what I bring to your hypnosis session as a hypnotherapist. Your transformation is my goal.

Why choose hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of altered consciousness for about 3/4 of the population. If you daydream, are easily engrossed in a book or movie, are creative, or have ever experienced "road hypnosis," you can expect to be hypnotized. The majority of people can be hypnotized, but there are individuals who don't respond to it. If I can find scientific reasons for the difference, I'll add this info to my website.

The hypnotherapy process itself allows for rapid and dramatic solutions. Expect benefits in 1-6 sessions (depending on your goal).

What to expect from your session?

If you are a new client, we will discuss your goals and issues. I will have you fill out an intake form to learn more about you. We'll both go over this and address any questions or concerns. An explanation of hypnosis and a quick test to determine hypnotizability will be given before your session begins. You can expect to be in control and in a state of relaxation while I guide you to look at your present issue and then help your subconscious mind accept and respond to the beneficial change you desire. If more than one session is needed, you will be given some hypnosis techniques ("homework") to practice before the next session.
